TAUPO WESTERN RIDING CLUB PROUDLY PRESENTS…
THE ANNUAL NZWRF YOUTH SHOW & SCHOOL
LABOUR WEEKEND – 24th, 25th, 26th OCTOBER 2010
VENUE – TAUPO WRC GROUNDS
Poihipi Road, Taupo
Saturday 24th October 8.30am start – Introduction and allocation into groups for training in preparation for Show Day.
*Time will be allowed for you to prepare your horse for the show in the afternoon.
Fish and Chips dinner included for children training, all others $5 per person
Sunday 25th October 9am start – Show Day,
*Youth dinner of BBQ is included in the entry fee, all others $2 per person.
Monday 26th October 9am start – Hi-point Awards. – Training for the morning .
On ground pens and camping. Hot showers and toilets available.
NOTE – Dinner is included for all youth who have paid the registration fee. Extra dinners are available as per above.
All other meals are your own responsibility.
COSTS – $60 per youth for the weekend
$30 per youth for the training only
$30 per youth for the Show only
ADULTS WISHING TO BRING A HORSE – It is fine for adults to bring horses along to ride over the weekend. There will be a $5 ground fee per horse for adults’ horse.
NO Colts or Stallions please.
Just a friendly reminder to all ground users to take your rubbish away with you and leave your horse pen clean. Thank you.

NEW RIDERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. COME ALONG AND HAVE A GO. THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF PEOPLE TO HELP YOU AND LEND YOU GEAR IF YOU WISH TO DO THE SHOW. THERE ARE EVENTS ESPECIALLY FOR NEW RIDERS TO HAVE A GO. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU THERE.
THIS IS A FUN WEEKEND FOR ALL THE FAMILY. COME ALONG AND LEARN ABOUT WESTERN RIDING.

ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A HELMET FOR THE GAMES
*The Walk and Jog classes are for riders who are new to western and would like to have a go or for riders not confident to lope. These classes are non-points.
*Leadline classes are for riders who are not yet ready to ride on their own. These classes are non-points.
Copies of all class patterns and games rules will be available on Saturday for the training and throughout the show day.
